Q: Do I need to be home when you carry out the work?
A: No, you don’t need to be home. We’ll arrange a convenient date and confirm our visit in advance. As long as we have access to the rear of the property, we can carry out the work. For gutter vacuuming, we usually use an electric plug on-site. If this isn’t available, we can use our generator for an additional £5 to cover fuel.
Q: Do you clean in the rain?
A: Yes! Rain does not affect the results when we use our pure water system, so your surfaces will still be thoroughly cleaned.
Q: Do you use ladders?
A: For the most part, ladders aren’t required, as we use long water-fed poles and aluminium poles for gutter vacuuming. However, we always carry a ladder when needed—for example, to clear blocked downpipes or occasionally to access flat roofs.
Q: What are your prices?
A: We have a price list to give you an idea of our standard rates. For a detailed quote tailored to your specific requirements, you can submit our simple form—it’s free and comes with no obligation.
Q: How do i pay?

A: We accept payment by card, bank transfer, or cash. For smaller jobs, payment is usually taken on completion. For larger projects, we may ask for a small deposit to secure your booking, with the balance due once the work is complete.
